Design story: These clients love to cook and eat together—the more the merrier. But an existing cramped, dark kitchen made their favorite activity a real challenge. So they brought us in to breathe new life—and function—into their existing space. To accomplish this, we opened up the wall between the dining room and the kitchen to allow bright natural light to flow through. Additional counter space now better accommodates multiple cooks in the kitchen. We made sure to maximize every square inch of this kitchen to create as much storage and seating as possible.  We’re currently working on the adjacent living room.
