Design story: For this award-winning project, we teamed up with Nest Architectural Design to reconfigure and remodel a home to give its owners the one-level living space they needed due to health challenges. Together, we opened up this 1950s ranch by eliminating long, claustrophobic hallways with all materials being specified by Paradigm. Custom millwork was brought in throughout. For unique personal touches, we framed a gorgeous piece of silk fabric acquired through the clients’ travels and hung it in the dining room. We also dove into the treasure trove of artwork these clients had amassed over the years to create a collage on the family room wall and throughout the space.  The addition also created an office, family room, larger kitchen and master suite.
