Paradigm was brought on board to transform the primary suite of a Boulder family’s home. Their vision included modern updates like in-floor heating, curbless shower and a more spacious ambiance. We also reconfigured the layout to enhance the overall flow of the space, making it both functional and inviting.
Our Professional, Perfected Process
After understanding our client’s vision, we got our creative juices flowing and began sketching various layout options that we believed would best suit their needs. With a couple of promising designs in hand, we presented them to the clients and after much consideration of what was possible within the existing space, we landed on the final design.
Next, we embarked on the hunt for the perfect contractor, ultimately finding one that matched our requirements. We meticulously selected and ordered the materials, and once everything was on site, the demo and construction phase kicked off.
Our biggest hurdle was relocating the shower drain without compromising the kitchen ceiling below. Fortunately, our efforts paid off, and we achieved the desired result without any unwanted soffits.
Our Custom, Completed Creation
Some of our favorite features in the newly updated space include the sleek curbless shower and the cleverly designed half wall, which creates a handy shelf above the toilet that extends into the shower—perfect for toiletries. The overall design reflects modernity with its clean lines and bold accent colors, creating a cheerful and invigorating space to start each day.
Our Highly-Happy Homeowners
Our clients feel like they’re “stepping into a luxurious spa” each time they enter their newly updated bathroom. The serene ambiance, soothing in-floor heating, and curbless shower create a sanctuary. They love starting and ending their days in this modern retreat.
