Design story: For this project I had the pleasure of teaming back up for a second project with a fun, active couple who wanted to explore downtown living.  Moving from a classic craftsman, the clients were eager to transition to a more modern look that better reflects their new urban life.

Inside this modern loft, with prime views of Coors Field, we redesigned with the  monochromatic look they love, including neutral gray walls, decor and furnishings along with pops of blue. To help the space make a statement, we designed custom rugs for both the living and dining rooms as well as a custom entry console (see that white geometric piece with the bird above?). A loungy area was also created off the dining room to complement their entertaining lifestyle and to spark casual conversations.
