Every successful project begins with a deep understanding of how you live. During our initial consultation, we meet on-site to walk through your current home or tour the property of your new build. This is our dedicated time to discuss your vision, lifestyle needs, and overall goals. It allows us to fully understand the scope of the work and ensures our expertise is the perfect match for your project before the real work begins.
2. Detailed Design
Seeing your project come to life.
Whether we step in alongside your architect or builder early on, our goal is to ensure the home supports how you actually live. During this phase, we’ll create, review, and finalize your floor plans, elevations, and furniture layouts so every detail is accounted for. At our design presentations, you’ll get to touch and feel the materials and start seeing real progress on your design project. It’s a highly collaborative phase that sets a clear vision for the entire build team.
3. Contractor Interviews
Where design meets execution.
We don’t just design a beautiful space; we draw the plans to build it. We translate your design into the detailed construction drawings and interior elevations your team needs. We provide the builder with exact specifications for every finish, plumbing fixture, and cabinet. This eliminates the daily guesswork and keeps the construction timeline moving smoothly.
4. Procurement and Construction Observation
Protecting your time and your investment.
You’re busy, and fielding daily contractor questions or tracking furniture shipments shouldn’t be your second job. We act as your eyes and ears on-site, doing regular walk-throughs with the trades to make sure everything is built just right. Behind the scenes, we order and track all your custom furnishings, securely storing every piece at our local warehouse until installation day.
5. Final Reveal
The moment it all comes together.
This is when your vision finally comes to life. Once construction is wrapped up, our team manages the delivery and installation of every single piece of furniture, window treatment, and accessory. We style the home from top to bottom, right down to making the beds and hanging the art. On Reveal Day, all you have to do is walk through the door and start living in your beautiful new space.

Take your ideas to the next level with a one-on-one interior design consultation. This 1.5 hour house call is your opportunity to solidify your vision and ensure that your final result will be refined with a tastefully bold aesthetic.
- Narrow down paint colors for 1-3 rooms.
- Discuss furniture and/or art layouts.
- Conceptualize a new bathroom or kitchen.
- Do a full house walk-through creating a detailed “to-do list” of changes you can make for a more functional design.
- Refresh a room, revamping it with what you already have.
- Walk a property together to see if it has potential as your dream home.
Speed up the construction process with fresh, cost-effective guidance in selecting materials. We’ll walk you through the showroom and educate you on the finest products, enabling you to make decisions with confidence. Find the right lighting, tile and flooring, along with the paint swatches, furniture and decor. We’re also happy to do the shopping for you if you’d rather skip the errands and save on time.
How It Works:
- We’ll review your floor plans, style, budget and the list of items you need.
- Next, we’ll meet at a few of our preferred showrooms. We’ll guide you through the decisions and take notes.
- Once finalized, your contractor will receive a spreadsheet with the selections, preventing delays in your construction schedule.
If we’re unable to source a piece of artisan furniture for your space, we’ll create a one-of-a-kind element for your home. Custom built-ins are available too.
How It Works:
- We’ll kick off with a brainstorming session talking through specs, styles, materials, functionality and finishes.
- You’ll receive conceptual sketches to review.
- We’ll manage the rest — receiving price estimates from talented trades and overseeing the creation process.
