Design story: For this project, we helped these empty nesters bring a little luxury into their existing space. Tired of their spacious yet poorly designed master bath, these clients reached out for help updating their space to better reflect their modern style. To do so, we opened up the master bath by removing the bulky, built-in tub, replacing it with a deep, free-standing soaking tub. We opened up the shower visually by enclosing it entirely in glass. A dramatic light fixture accents the space. And to take the edge off of walking on cold tiles, we brought in underfloor heating and a towel warmer for a warm and cozy feel. Sometimes it’s the little luxuries that make a big difference in our daily lives.
