Our Vision for 2025 and Beyond

Looking back on the last 20 years of business, Paradigm has evolved and changed like so many things in the past years. We’ve gone from doing small paint consultations and single-room updates to new builds and renovations.

Looking forward, I have some pretty clear goals on the types of projects that we want to work on (whole house remodels, new construction, and kitchens are my fav) and the direction we want to go as a business (staying small to provide a great customer experience).

With the New Year around the corner, I wanted to highlight some of my priorities for the future of Paradigm.

Priority #1: Sustainability as a Cornerstone

Given the recent election, I feel even more strongly that I have to do whatever I can to help create less waste and protect the natural resources we have. This speaks strongly to me having 3 young children and not knowing what their future will look like. I will work with trades, vendors, and suppliers that help enforce these beliefs because our money speaks loudly and we have the choice. This year I also plan on becoming LEED or WellAP certified (maybe both) to further my knowledge of sustainable design!

Priority #2: Supporting Local Artisans

I will continue to meet and work with local trades and artisans doing amazing things. Not only does it support the members of our community but it also gives an element of wow to your interior…the item has a story to be told and is not just a mass-produced object everyone looks past.

Priority #3: Working with Great Clients

Yep, it’s a big deal to me! I love working with great people who understand the value I bring to a project. Yes, design is expensive but so is making the wrong decisions and wasting money on fixing them! If you are fun and appreciate good design, then I would be honored to work with you on your next project. Or maybe you have a friend who is about to remodel or build. I’m happy to talk with them and see how we can help.

Priority #4: Strengthening Trades Partnerships

This past year I have continued to build and sustain relationships with architects, contractors, and other trades. Don’t hesitate to reach out and ask for suggestions! I’m here to guide you in the right direction of people who are doing amazing things in their work.

Here’s to wishing you and your families a beautiful 2025. My wish is that we find the commonalities in each of us while exploring and celebrating the differences that make us all unique…just like interiors!

If you’re ready for some help bringing your dream home to life, come talk to us! We can’t wait to work with you.

Warmly,
Dawn
